Women in Golf Week Kickoff Event: Swing Assessment and Mobility Training

Join me at Trillium Wood Golf Club for an empowering and educational experience at our Women in Golf Week kickoff! On Monday, June 2nd, we invite you to enhance your game with our comprehensive swing assessment program, designed to help you understand how your body influences your swing. This event focuses on exercises and drills aimed at correcting any imbalances, preventing injuries, and ultimately reducing your handicap.

Schedule:

- 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM: Participate in a specialized yoga and mobility session for golfers, led by a Titleist certified specialist. This session emphasizes understanding your body’s mobility and its impact on your swing mechanics.

- 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Swing assessments available every 30 minutes.

Our assessments will help reduce restrictions, improve your swing sequencing, and enhance the disassociation of your upper and lower body, leading to increased distance and club head speed.
