Thai Therapy Massage is a unique massage technique that is performed fully clothed on a specialized cushion on the floor. Multiple pillows and props are used to support your body as you are moved through a variety of postures. Gentle and increasing pressure is then applied to release tension and increase mobility. This helps the body to release pain and discomfort that has been held in the musculature and connective tissues.
