This is the best way to gain a deeper understanding of what is happening within the body and work to target areas of stress or identify what needs to be strengthened to correct the body’s function. The body is designed to heal and function perfectly but injury, trauma, and long-term compensations can cause the body to become imbalanced impeding the proper function. As we work one on one we begin to understand the finer details of the body as we explore areas of restriction and offer modifications to bring a whole new understanding to the body.
