I will guide you through a selection of restorative postures to help release long held tension in the body, reduce stress and help you sink in to that cozy feeling of just being tucked in safe and sound. Massage is incorporated into the postures as I make my way around the small group class of 8. Reiki energy healing will be protecting the space as infused into massage.
