Welcome to our Hatha Class at the Home Studio and 115 Church Street! Our class is open to all ages and abilities, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
In this class, we focus on building strength, stability, and increasing mobility. Through a combination of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, we aim to bring balance to the mind and create a deeper connection to the breath.
Whether you are a beginner or have prior experience, our Hatha Class offers a space for you to explore and deepen your practice. Join us as we nurture physical and mental well-being, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner harmony.
