This yoga practice is designed to cultivate both physical and mental well-being. The slow and deliberate movements allow you to fully engage with each posture, building strength and stability in your body. Holding each pose for up to 10 breaths challenges your endurance and deepens your connection to the present moment.

As you move through the flow, the intentional pace encourages you to focus on your breath and the sensations in your body. This mindful awareness brings a sense of grounding and helps to quiet the mind. By synchronizing your breath with the movement, you create a moving meditation, where the external distractions fade away and you become fully immersed in the practice.

The slow and powerful nature of the movements also promotes balance and stability. As you hold each pose, your muscles engage and your body aligns, improving your overall strength and coordination.
